Doncaster Junior Footy Club kicked off their new season with their first training session at Schramms.
Bringing together eager young athletes of all age groups on a balmy evening, the air was filled with excitement. The kids buzzed with energy as they ran through drills, practiced their kicks, and honed their skills. The session was more than just a warm-up; it was a celebration of teamwork, reminding everyone of the joy and passion that footy brings to the community.
This year, the club is especially proud to have Steve Yianni, the esteemed Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL) Coach of the Year, overseeing the training and coaching program for 2025. With his

Steve ensured that each child felt included and motivated, regardless of their skill level. it was clear that this session was just the beginning of what promises to be an exhilarating season for Doncaster Junior Footy Club. The future of these young footy stars looks bright, and the community is eager to cheer them on every step of the way.

Training will continue on Tuesdays for all ages groups, with an additional session on Thursdays for the 11s and above.
